A previous analysis of the acoustic context of the problem is carried out, where background information is reviewed, the noise fronts and/or sources are determined and characterized, the possible affected parties are identified, environmental and occupational noise measurements are taken, to finally obtain the real state of the problem to be solved. All the above under standards established in national and international reference norms.

Based on the diagnosis, noise control measures are developed with an integral vision, considering both the environmental and occupational aspects.

The design of acoustic solutions also considers other specialties, integrating structural calculations, mechanical calculations, electrical installations and any area that is necessary to carry out the project.

This design process offers solutions according to the client’s needs, considering the least possible interference in the production process and in maintenance tasks, in addition to always considering the optimization of the investment to be made by the client at the time of implementing the solutions.

To guarantee this condition, PROSAC SpA performs measurements after the implementation of control measures, to corroborate the achievement of objectives with respect to the reduction of noise levels, in order to achieve regulatory compliance as appropriate.
